I am 17 years old. I suffer from heavy pain and heavy bleeding during my periods. I consulted many doctors. They gave tranexamic acid and mefenamic acid every time which didn't work for me. One of them gave me 'mecgla' capsules. And I don't know what is it for? Please help.
