Doc mujhe na weakness si lagti hai, dhadkan bhi fast ho jati hai, jaan jaane jaisa lagta hai. Bahut years se hasthmethun over kiya hai, to ab weakness lagti hai. Abhi mein medicine le rha patanjali ki, medhavati, ashwgandha capsule, arogyavardhini, sarasvatrishta, arjunrishta. Aur sath mein zeptra ls neend wali. please aap bataye kya yeh sahi hai, mujhe problem kya hai. Age 34 hai. Wght 123. Mein walk bhi krta hu to mere muscle pain hone lagta hai back ke. Test sabhi thik hai.

Weakness is due to dhatu kshay. So you need rasayan therapy. Take chyawanprash 2 tsp daily empty stomach and take chandraprabha vati and navayas loh 1 tab 3 times a day.
