Hii all, my age is 27 years .i have mild pain in right size of abdomen. Sonography impressions are as follows. please help me. 1) abdominal aorta and ivc -normal. 2) mucosal edema of terminal ileum, caecum and colon noted. 3) no e/o free fluid/lymphadenopathy. 4) appendix is noted in right iliac and measures 4.2 mm in diameter.
