Hi, I am a 31 years old male and have been suffering from burning sensation in the anal area & around the tip/inside of my penis almost every time I pass stool for the past 1 year. The burning sensation subsides after I urinate once or after a very long time. I also have excessive flatulence throughout the day. My erections have also become weaker than before. Before that I suffered from burning sensation on the penis tip which caused me to frequently urinate for the past couple of years. I consulted a couple of doctors but nobody ever could give a treatment that could make the issue go away so I just got fed up and opted to live with it. While the urge to urinate is less often now but the burning sensation seem to have spread to the anal area and now its more or less affecting my daily life. Can someone explain what could be the issue, if any home treatment is possible or will I need to consult a doctor and who and what to consult? Sidenote: I also suffer from high blood pressure and have been taking medication for it. (metocard xl 50)
