Hi, i am 35 year old female with two kids, i m having hypothyroid and my weight is 90 kg and height is 5.4, my doctor told me to take orlica 60 /lipocut 60 before every large meal alongwith my routine thyroid medicine. Will it be helpful for me to reduce my weight ? I am dying to reduce my weight. Pllease help, if any other medicine can help me then kindly give the name and dosage of the same.

Reduce intake of carbohydrates and fats, increase intake of fluids and proteins, and go for a walk of at least 45 min a day 5 days a week. There is no easy way to reduce weight.
