9 year ago I take endura mass gainer after that im suffering from food allergy like bread, mustard oil, rajmah, cauli flower ,& tomato. When I took these things my face nd body was covered by pimples. Therefore I take sometimes steroids when I cannot handle it. So please give a permanent solution for this.
