Usually multiple peripherally arranged follicles signifies a "string of pearls" sign which is representative of a condition called pcos, which means that your ovaries aren't getting the right signals to release eggs at the right time. You may need to discuss your issue and share your medical history in detail over a call to get right medical consultation.
