Ct scan liver mildly enlarged in size (16. 5 cms)with normal attenuation. Lft done, rest are normal only the values of sgpt and serum globulin is increased. Sgpt-78. 98u/l, normal range=<34u/l, serum globulin-3.92gm/dl, normal range is 2.5-3.4gm/dl. Kindly tell me what needs to be done for this problem. Please answer.
