Pain in upper left chest. Can pinpoint which area. Feeling like a little squeeze lasting around 1-2 seconds then coming back after 5-10 seconds. Mild pain and burning feeling in left arm.

Chest pain can be due to number of causes apart from cardiac origin. Typical pain that is caused due to reduced blood flow in coronary artery (which we call as typical angina, would be compressive ,diffuse ,never localized like pin point ,retrosternal lasting 5-15 mins ,builds gradually ,increases with exertion and is relieved rest all other type of pains like dull aching, pricking,catching lasting less than 1 min ,localized are usually non cardiac in origin.
