My son is of 18 years and his cholesterol levels and uric acid levels in increasing. With high blood pressure. Please suggest me. Any home remedy to bring the uric acid and cholesterol levels in range. And please diagnose the reasons.

1.He has to go for regular exercise 2.Reduce his weight,if overweight 3.control diet by avoiding high calorie,cholesterol rich diet 4.He should avoid oily,fatty,junk food and minimise salt intake.He should avoid egg,mutton,sugary drink like soft drink etc 5.He should drink plenty of water 6.Let him practice yoga,meditation and deep breathing exercise 7.Monitor his Bp and lipid profile and serum uric acid regularly and consult physician for advice and treatment
