I am 62 year old and I am having mild wheezing sound when I exhale. I am doing breathing exercises for the last one year and I found some relief. My health generally normal and I do not suffer from either diabetes or BP. Daily I take one full lemon juice with five tablespoons of warm water. I am a moderate smoker which I am not able to give up. Please suggest me remedy for my wheezing sound.
