Hello I want to ask you that my egg not raptured last month Dr. Gave me injection egg raptured then but pregnancy. This month I did hsg test both tubes are open. This month also I have 23.22.19.20 size follicle n she gave me injection yesterday. She said while doing follicular scan you have endometriosis thats why egg is not rapturing .but my egg reputed after taking injection. Can I conceive with this endometriosis. Is this something serious issue. My amh is 2.60.

Possible to have pregnancy with endometriosis. Many need treatment for same.
