Having a pain and some harmful bacteria in my teeth please suggest me some treatment to solve my problem.

Go to a dentist nd get diagnosed. Unless nd until dentist ll see your teeth he doesn't knows the actual cause of pain. Dentist will observe that tooth and take radiograph then only he ll prescribe you medicine and do the necessary treatment. Widout observing clinically dentist can't help you. There may me sum perical apical lesion aur caries. For dat you have to go for. Root canal treatment.
