I am 35 years old male, I have vertigo and fear of flying. I can not enjoy amusement rides too because of this issue. Last time I was on plane 3 years back I had a terrible experience whole 2 hour flight, my head starts spinning, ears feel choked, during descent its maximum. I have to go abroad in few days, I am really petrified. Please suggest what to do.

You may try using tab stemetil md and nasivion/otrivin nasal spray each 8 hourly starting at least 24 hours before flight. Happy journey.

First thing, stop having this phobia, take sips of water during flight ascent and descent, if possible chew a gum yes as advised by other doctor go with stemitil Mr. and nasivion prior to travel,
