Any cardiovascular exercise will help you lower your blood pressure. It also gives you more energy, and it's a great way to ease stress and feel better so don't worry & exercise. Avoid any weight lifting exercises. You don't need to go to even a gym. You just need to be active enough that you are breathing harder and making your heart beat a little faster. Brisk walking, jogging, swimming & cycling are great exercises to reduce blood pressure. One hour of any of above or combination of exercises with controlled diet will make you fitter & healthier. I recommend you to consult dietitian to get right diet adviced for you to reduce weight. All the best for your journey towards healthier you.
