Hi my wife is 40+ yers old got pregnant, this is her 6th week, we visited doctor, she has recommended her progesterone sr 300 mg once in a day & dydrogesterone 10 mg twice in a day, since she started medicine she is getting blood spot in the morning & evening, could you pls. Suggest is this normal or any concern.
