Multiple small hypoechoeic sols measuring-8 to 34 mm are noted in the anterior and posterior wall of uterus at intramural subserosa and submucosa region, causing contour bulging and subtle deformation of endometrial canal. Rest of the myometrial echotexture is inhomogeneous. Endometrium is thickened and deformed, thickness measures-15 mm. Ovaries: right ovary measures-35 x 23 mm. Left ovary measures-41 x 24 mm. No free fluid seen in the abdomen and pelvis. impression: +enlarged uterus with multiple myomas. Rest of the abdominal organs are normal. This is the tvs report of me. Doctor said that I have to gone through surgery to remove the fibroids. 1. Is the fibroid removal is riskful through laparoscopy? 2. Can not it be treatable by medicine?
