Dear Dr. I was under follicular study for conception. I have pcod, I was on 2nd cycle of letroz 7.5 mg, and on 23rd cd I was given hcg 10000 (follicle size- 22x13 mm). On 25 cd it didn't rupture, so I undergo another ultrasound on 27cd (follicle size-36). On 31st cd it is 48 mm. I am pretty frightened as m having frequent pain. Can I be able to conceive as I have tried siphene for two cycles as well. Why it is not working for me. Please suggest what to do next about this cyst and conception.
