I have taken mifepristone and after 24 hours I took 2 tablets of 2 tablets of misoprostol and after more 3 hours I took 2 tablets of misoprostol. My bleeding has started It was heavy on day first. Light on day 2.but on day 3 that's today I worked very much like I did dusting cleaning and lifted heavy objects I have heavy bleeding again What should I do?

Wait for a day or two and get an ultrasound done after your bleeding stops to see if all the products of conception are removed.

Watch for the amount of pads you soak anyways while heavy bleeding you should avoid heavy work or lessen it to some extent visit your gynae who has prescribed the pills incase of uncontrollable bleeding hope you are under antibiotic cover too a repeat usg after abortifacients intake is justified after two weeks or incase of uncontrollable bleed to rule out incomplete abortion.
