Hi Sir, I am having a lump on my external anal area sometimes its stop paining and itching but when I go for poop its make me hard to do with lots of pain and I do not found any blood on my lump or in my poop, only I'm suffering from pain and etching on lump. The colour of lump is not red not blue it is same as anal skin color.
