If I do diastema closure after 20 years if any problem will came or not, which course is better braces or diastema closure.

first it should be decided  what is the cause of diastema it can b corrected by  orthodontic means n by prosthetic means u may send a picture of the teeth with gap

Diastema closure can be done. Depends upon the frenum attachment as the fibres don't let the teeth be together. We have to see the placement of the above frenum .secondly you need to. Know the size of diastema. Which is variable different in different patients. Sometimes if diastema is too much. It cannot be closed with braces as well. We need to go for cosmetic work example a veneer /laminate /or crown .so the anatomy and nearby structures have to be judged before you go for braces.
