I am living in dubai .i have red yeast on my penis. No irritation and inflammation. I am uncircumcised but my fore skin can come back easily. I started using coconut oil. It is effective or not don't know. But still there red color yeast there .i found in internet luliconazole cream but when try to find in dubai. Instead of this medicine they have nizral ketoconazole cream 2 percentage. Can I use that medicine if possible.
