Often I rinse my eyes with tap water. I take a glass of water and dip my eye in it for 10 to 15 minutes. I always notice that after doing so, the white part becomes red, and after a while it becomes normal. Is it going to harm my eye vision?

Dear Lybrateuser, - dipping your eye in water for 10-15 min may be causing your problem, only a rinse with clean tap water is adequate to keep your eyes clean.
