Hormonal acne. I'm using azelaic acid tretinoin cream especially back acne. I'm 24 years old and having regular periods. Please suggest an anti androgen tablet for acne. During and before periods they become severe. Within 26 days again I get period and its like a vicious cycle. Please help.
