My triglycerides level showed one time as 237 mg/dl and then 192 mg/dl. So is it ok to start take niacin supplements, red yeast rice supplements and psylium fiber supplements for reduce that level? What is the recommended daily dosage should I take them avoid side effects? How long should I take them avoid side affects? Are there any bad side effects of them? Do niacin increase the risk of diabetes? I have already started to take flaxseed oil supplements after that tests.
