Hi doctor, my dad is 57 years. He was supposed to take the below tablet once in 24 hours but he took it in the morning and he took it again by mistake in the night as well. Met exel 3d 50 mg (ajantafarma) patient age 57+ first dose 8 am second dose 10 pm plus he took curd rice with little salt as well. He complained that his head nerves feels to be heavy.
