I have loose some weight of my legs. I feel little weakness in my legs What should I do?

According to your height ,your weight is ideal.If you will try to loosse weight on your legs,it can have even adveree effect onyour legs a well as on your health because you will end up in losing overall body weight and it will add to your weakness.My advisse for you is to take calcium rich diet in routine and alo take a 30 minutes sun bath.It will really help you. Sources of Calcium: 1. Vegetables: Cabbage, Dark green leafy vegetables, Broccoli, Figs(anjeer), Flax seeds(San Beej). Food: Eggs, Milk, Dairy products, Yogurt(Dahi), Almonds(Badam), Soybeans/Soymilk.
