I am following diet plan from 20 days .lhad the plan from nutritionist, but lam not loosing my weight. In plan she gave me high protein foods like cereals nuts dairy products like paneer butter cheese etc. L want to know lam taking right food for weight loss or not. Ln my home all are saying this are weight gaining products. Pls give my answer l.

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase your metabolism. Take high fiber food in your diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.
