I am having anxiety disorder since 3 months, I had stopped taking allopathic medicines after 5 doses (benzodiapine -etizola and one more flunil20 mg) and, then I have started taking saraswataristh, ashwagandha and divya medhavati (2 capsules two times per day). How much time will it take to normalize me? And recover from anxiety?

Any anxiety disorder takes around 4 weeks to show improvement provided drugs ate gradually increased as per patient symptoms, from what you have mentioned, the medicines dosage and time taken is too short for you to experience relief, kindly consider giving allopathy a chance again, and be patient, psychiatric disorder takes time to heal.
