I am overweight and I do gyming 2-3 times a week but still I am not able to lose weight. My weight is 77 kgs. My diet mainly consist of proteins and carbs. I have moobs also, which I am not able to reduce after lot of chest exercises. Fat on my thighs is also more after lots of exercise.

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in your diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.
