Hello doctor, my 5 year old have gum infection after root canal treatment, why it's happening gum teeth infection, dentist said again you have to go for rct, & physician suggested nodecan tablet s, which will help for her, why it's happening again n again I am worried about this.

If the infection is still there or some microleakage its likely to happen rct should be done again at the earliest.

if retreament is required then you should go for it as medication will only help in subsiding pain but it won't treat the root cause
