Immediately get stool examination done esp for occult blood. It may well be case of ulcer/ ulcerative colitis etcor gluten intolerance etc. However better to go for check up at gastro enterologist who may go for cbc, amylase, lypase and other tests and may advise gastroenteroscopy. For the time being you may take following combo of herbal powders: avipattikar, amla, madhuyashti, nagkeshar equally mixed and taken with water 1 teaspoon every 6 hrs for 1 week and then every 8 hrs thereafter. Bol parpati 250 mg and bolbadh ras 250 mg may be ground together and taken with fresh buttermilk daily twice or with honey. At night take trifla powder 2 teaspoon daily night.
