Hi, I generally feel very healthy and I try to work out 4 times a week. Workout mostly includes light boxing and/or basketball. I have always been skinny and had trouble gaining weight or muscle. For the past 4-5 years though I joined gym and gain some weight and muscle but also I gained belly fat. My stomach always feels bloated since then. Doesn't matter how little I eat it never goes away. Can you help me with this issue, I don't have any extra fat anywhere on my body.
