I am suffering from kidney stone since three months left kidney shows mild hydronephrosis a calculus measuring 17.5 mm is noted at left pelvic ureteric junction. Right kidney shows a non obstructing calculus measuring 8.6 mm in the lower pole calyx. Urine report albumin (+), pus cells -25 -30, rbc-25-30, crystals -calcium oxalate, epithelial cells-8-10.
