I am a lactating mom of 7 months old baby.I have been suffering from ring worm( tinea cruris) from past 8-9 months.Even though i took treatment for it has been reccuring.If m on medication it dows nt reccur.Two months aftr stopping medicines it appears to show. It has been two months and again it startd to appear.The medicines i used are. Lulifin cream, polarmine and zimig 250 mg tabs and second time i used Micogel ( miconazole) cream,polarmine and terbest 250 mg. And also she suggestd to take cansoft 150 mg if it appears again .Wat do i do plz suggest.

Hello I have gone through ur question you are lactating ur baby which is 7 months now tell me r u a vegetarian or non vegetarian if u r vegetarian u should avoid all vegetables which are grown under the earth for example aloo beetroot carrot etc avoid hot temperament vegetables like brinjal coffee sooji etc if non vegetarian then stop taking chicken &all seafoods follow this and reply me after 1 week

Mam, ring worm can be very irritating at times. Please use livaffin cream daily night for next 3 weeks without fail. I don't suggest tablets since U R lactating. Use Abzorb powder daily morning. Take bath twice a day. Use loose fitting undergarments and do not allow sweat to accumulate. With therapy itching reduces in 3-4 days after which some people ignore it or don't complete therapy. Don't stop livaffin cream even if U are relieved of itching. Use for 3 weeks continuously. If your husband is suffering from it, he needs tablets and medicines too. Abzorb powder U may continue till summer is over.
