Since your prolactin is high it is suppressing your lh and fsh which is required for ovulation to occur. Ovulation date is release of egg is the major step for a female to conceive. Don't worry dear you are on medication which will surely decrease your prolactin levels. I would suggest you to get mri done of sella tursica region for any pituitary adenoma that is pituitary tumor.

Yes. High prolactin levels will cause anovulation and problem in conceiving. However it's treatable with cabergolin tablet.
