I have stubborn fat on my hips and thighs. Even with high intensity workout I did not get the result. Should I use l carnitine to melt this skinny stubborn fat. please help me about this.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.

no meed once you will reduce weight it will go off this is the last part of the body specially in female which gets reduced at last n at slower pace do more of lower abs n cycling
