I am 24 years old. Mera menstruation 4 months se irregular hai. Jab se mene unprotected sex kiya. (isse phle main protection (condom) use karti thi). Mera period 40 days delayed hai and pregnancy test negative hai. Hormonal test karwaya jisme tsh 3.39miu/ml fsh 3.31miu/ml lh 2.72miu/ml prolactin 16.14 testosterone 0.47 ng/ml hai. Main conceive karna chahti hu but last 4 months se kar nahi pa rahi.

Pregnancy can occur only one day of the cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by gynecologist or infertility specialist.
