I am 54 years old and senior officer in a development bank. These days i am seeing drastic change in my routines. I find myself drowsy most of the time , unhappy, irritating, more stomach upset, loss of memory, etc. I know these are age related symptoms. Can we retard the process of ageing as still my job wants me in all fitness.

Dear, I am sorry to say that you cannot delay the process of ageing. But there is an old saying. Body gets aged and mind never. That should be a motivation to you. Initially there will be disappointments when you feel that you are ageing. But that disappointments brings more motivation and you will become active soon. Don't worry. Take care.
