My nani is using complete dentures since 15-20 yrs. Now she is suffering from upper left maxillary posterior swollen gums along with pain. Please suggest what to do. She is 75 years old.

Tell her to do warm water salt rinses every 2 hours. And she avoid wearing denture for a weeks time. she can wear while eating and keep it outside for rest of day and night. she can massage her gums with Rexidine M three times a day.
