I feel like spermatocele on right testicle in small as I feel by hand and around 4 pm every day little pain. I have zero sperm, testicle ok, no children, 6 years married, sex addicted but failure. What I have to do to get heal? 3 year's ago I was hydrocele on left testicle now it's okay (left one). What is the cause of the spermatocele? Maybe for incorrect sex way or another issue? Erection time goes so fast. Medication is running by coq 300, adova and xfert-mf. May I continue y?
