I am doing running on regular basis at night for half hour. Does it have bad effect on knees. If yes. How to avoid it and what diet one should follow.

For precautionary measure you can start up by warming up with hopping and doing calf, hams and quads stretching and then start running. After finishing running you can do same stretchings and then rest. If you do not feel uncomfortable, wearing knee caps(Knee support) is an advantage for you.
