Due to left side lung icd since 1 month (for recurrent bilateral pleural effusion post ca lung lobectomy) pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria infection occurred as per culture report. Current medication megna sb injection + duemon tab for infection patient suffered lot of weakness and difficulty in breathing, not able to eat. What is the treatment? Colistin injection? Side effect?
