From last ten days my blood pressure has gone high like 160/90. Can it be for drinking alcohol. Or other reason. I feel anxious and breathless during at night at the same time like 2 am. I am taking amlodipine 5 mg in morning and librium at night since 2 days. Can I continue or stop.
