I have slight pain in wrist and last time it was like this, I was told it's becoz of high uric acid. Took feburic for a month and it was fine. Again it's recurred, so what diet can I follow to stop this.

Hi lybrate-user, kindly first check serum uric acid, and if it is high you may require lifelong feburic tablet. In the meantime, drink plenty of water, avoid non-veg food. Follow up when you have your uric acid report.
