Hello doc I am feeling very slit pain in right lower abdomen and had affected by diarrhea and a day later got very little blood in my poop so gone through ultrasound scanning and thevresult was "inflamed small bowl" so I had visited gastroenterologist and prescribed me with following medicine 1.sucrafil syrup 2. Metrogyl 500 mg 3. A 2 z tablet 4. Cefakind 500 mg 5. Mspas 6. Nexpro rd 40 mg taking this medicine from two days now today morning and yesterday also I got some black spots in my poop is it a problem to concerns please clear me and I attached a pic of my poop.
