Which activities (describe detailed) can cause damage to the s1 nerve in the sacrum? The reason I would like to know is because I have already a herniated disk between c4 and c5 from bad posture, chances are high I do other things wrong. Lower back pain and pain near the glutes and hips is also present, as well as mild detrusor sphincter dyssynergia so just to rule things out I need to be sure I am not damaging the s1 nerve, or causing damage between l5-s1.
