I am 38/m, weight around 70 kgs. I have got jaundice 3 weeks back with total bilirubin 2.5. I took home remedies, and diet precaution. 1 week back I checked liver function and it is showing total bilirubin 1.3 mg/dl, direct bilirubin is 0.50 mg/dl, and indirect bilirubin is 0.80. Sgpt and sgot is normal. Can I eat chicken once in a week now. Please suggest.

Yes you may take chicken once in a week. But you have to take less oil and fatty food for few days at least. You take water adequately. You eat fruits.
