Hello, Although graying of hair is a natural process as you get older but at your age it may be a reason of too much stress, work load, sun exposure, bad eating habits and acidity. REDUCE STRESS: Breathe away stress by doing yoga and breathing exercises and meditation in the morning. Also, do kapalbhati and anulom-vilom pranayama for 15 mins each. Try to be happy throughout the day. Listen to your favourite music to relax your brain and muscles. In general, to avoid an acidic state within your body, avoid foods that contain sugar, artificial sweeteners, gluten, refined grains, or dairy. Here’s a list of alkaline foods you should be eating more of: Fruits Vegetables Greens (spinach, broccoli, cucumbers) Avocado Beans Raw nuts Vegetable juices (carrot, beet) Sprouts (moong dal, chana, soy, alfalfa, broccoli sprouts etc.) Apple Cider Vinegar seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax, chia etc.) ALOE VERA: To reduce pitta and preserve the health of your hair, drink Aloe Vera juice (⅓ cup preferably with a pinch of cumin) 3 times a day for about 3 months. You can also scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your hair and scalp (and face too). CASTOR OIL: Castor oil helps with hair regrowth and hair loss and many other hair and scalp problems. Castor oil has a thick consistency, so you can mix it with coconut oil, olive oil or jojoba oil in a half and half ratio. This will make the mask easier to distribute throughout your hair. Use your fingers or a brush and start applying it onto your scalp with circular motions. This gentle massage increases the blood circulation, rejuvenates the hair, and stimulates hair growth. GUAVA LEAVES: Add guava leaves to hot water and boil it for a few minutes till the time the water turns black. Using cotton, apply the solution on your scalp. Repeat this process two to three times in a week. Hope this resolves your problem.

1. Apply ice pack if there is swelling 2. Apply volini gel twice daily 3. Apply crepe bandage 4. Take crocin pain relief, one tablet as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily 5. Take rest 6. If no relief take x ray of ankle and consult orthopedic specialist.

Hi lybrate-user to gain weight firstly start doing surya namaskar in morning, secondly start doing prithvi mudra with your fingers for 20 minutes, do this for 20 minutes. Buy shilajit satt from patanjali store put 2 drops in hot milk and eat with 2 bananas everydayin morning. Eat lots of almonds, paneer, 2 figs, green seasonal vegetables and drink atleast 3 to 4 liters of water everyday but make sure you drink no water after eating your meals, give a gap of 90 minutes. I have sinuisitis from last 5 to years, Had opertation 2 years back but not effective, from last 2 to 3 months its more not under control, currently medicated with cetrite and theoasthalin tablet daily once at night. Please suggest what is best solution to stop sinus completely ?

It may be due to recurrence of disease or post surgery adhesion formation in the nose so u should get a CT scan done to find out the culprit.Start Duonase nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day and tab.Allegra-M daily 1 at bed time for 2-3 weeks along with steam inhalation twice a day.

Hello dear. First of all take food properly. You didn't take food enough, that's y your body became devastated & you loose weight & feel weakness. Take planty of water. Take good & healthy food like milk, eggs, jeggry, fruits, grren leafy vegetables, peanuts. Take syp. Dexorange 1 table spoon three times day.

Only medicines won't work. You will have to do some intensive work with a psychotherapist. She will be able to help you understand your deep seated insecurities, complexes and help you resolve from unconscious conflicts. If you try, everything is possible.

I am a 52 year old female. I am on medication for vitamin d deficiency and for keeping cholesterol and sugar at bay. Regular with medicines, I am trying to exercise/ walk etc regularly and have lost 2.5 kg in the last 45 days. I need to lose at least 12 more kgs. My worries comes from the fact that since last week, my legs have started to pain. A lot at night and when I switch postures. What could the reason be? I am literally dragging my left leg as I walk and the doctor I consult has just changed the medicine for calcium and has started me on multivitamis too. Do I need to meet a specialist, or is this how treatment works, taking this much time? why would the symptoms recur despite medicines? my patience and threshold of tolerating pain are challenged right now. Kindly help.

You are right by saying that you need to loose about 12 more kg weight as your bmi is30.14kg/m2 (23kg/m2 is normal). It will be good if you inform me about your fasting, pp blood sugar levels, hba1c level and lipid profile. The pain that you experience does it come on walking for some distance and if you rest does it subside? which part of the leg pains? knee joint, calf muscle or the whole lower limb? I suggest it would be better you meet a vascular surgeon to rule out any problem with leg blood supply. A colour doppler test may help. Vitamin d and calcium, multivitamins can be continued. But it is better to get the expert opinion.

There is no serious cause of this problem. One can experience this lip twitching due to fatigue, stress, excessive caffeine intake, emotion, or lack of potassium in your diet. Try having a diet rich in fruits and vegetables and take proper rest. This will be normalized.

Hello, for premature greying prior to age of 22-23, please take hair vitamin tab kerablak after breakfast and tab keraglo men or tab hairootz after dinner for 3 to 6 months to prevent further greying. Have more proteins in diet. Avoid stress. Get investigations like hb, tsh, vit b12 and d3 done. Apply altris gel or melitane gel on scalp daily evening for 6 months. It may stimulate hair root pigment cells to reduce greying.

Hello. Your weight is fine as per your age. One can increase the stamina by including a well-balanced diet by adding low-fat products, plenty of fruits and vegetables and lean meat. So, increase intake of healthy food (food having anti-oxidants like green vegetables, nuts, salads, fruits, fish, green tea; food rich in calcium like milk & milk products; flaxseeds, poppyseeds), for increasing haemoglobin, take pulses including chickpeas, lentils, kidney beans and tofu. Sprouted beans and seeds such as aduki beans, alfafa and sunflower seeds. Cereals and products such as breakfast cereals and bread. Green leafy vegetables including spinach, kale and cabbage and also broccoli, milk & milk products, avoid alcohol & smoking, drink lots of water (10-12 glasses per day), take sufficient sleep (6-9hrs per day), avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension, sports like football, basketball and all other sprinting games will help strengthen your heart so that more oxygen reaches all parts of your body, include cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, jumping etc. And exercise daily for 30-45 minutes (brisk walk is the best exercise to increase the circulation of the whole body), later you can increase the duration as per your stamina. (do the above slowly and gradually). Medication: take schwabe's alfaalfa tonic and five phos./ thrice a day daily for 4 weeks.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take adequate rest 4.Have adequate sound sleep in the night for 7-8 hours If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, inadequate sleep , Low BP/High BP,migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error,chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, ,have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. This is a very common condition, particularly in older men. It is estimated that half of all men between the ages of 40 and 70 will have it to some degree. In younger generation, this could be due to various factors which can easily be taken care of. Do not worry at all about this. We are glad you shared your problem with us. From what you have said, looks like you are having something called as Erectile Dysfunction. Sometimes it only occurs in certain situations. For example, you may be able to get an erection during masturbation, or you may find that you sometimes wake up with an erection but you are unable to get an erection with your sexual partner. If this is the case, it is likely the underlying cause of erectile dysfunction is psychological (stress related). If you are unable to get an erection under any circumstances, it is likely that the underlying cause is physical. Common causes of E.D. are: • anxiety • depression • relationship problems • narrowing of the blood vessels going to the penis – commonly associated with high blood pressure (hypertension), high cholesterol or diabetes • hormonal problems • surgery or injury Erectile dysfunction can often be improved by making changes to your lifestyle, such as: • losing weight if you are overweight • giving up smoking • cutting back your alcohol consumption • not taking illegal drugs • exercising regularly • reducing stress Try Kegel exercises This is a great way of strengthening your pelvic muscles and gain strength for sex. It is like going to the gym, but for sex. Let me tell you how to do Kegel exercises. You have to practice it first. When you urinate, try to stop the flow of urine without your hands, just by contracting your muscles. The muscles you contract then are the pelvic muscles that are used during sex. Do not do this while urinating again, you can do this while you are sitting or standing, while working or doing other things. Once you know how to contract them try doing this a few times every day and this will strengthen them. Aim for at least three sets of 10 repetitions a day. You should see results in a few weeks!
