Hi, along with physical exercise it is very important to incorporate a good nutrition as well. Take proteins I your diet in form of paneer or eggs white (if you take). Keep urself well hydrated. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Do not starve. Avoid fried, spice and junk foods. Keep your meals small and frequent. For detailed plan you can book an appointment.
